Spicy Feta Dip

Ingredients
2 ½ Cups raw almonds
1 tbsp Nutritional yeast
1 ¾ Cups water
2 Cloves garlic, peeled
2 tsp Kosher salt
¼ Cup fresh lemon juice
2 Pieces jarred roasted red bell peppers
1 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Fancy Peasant GEVOO
Method
Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed untill smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a plate or bowl and garnish with paprika and drizzle with Fancy Peasant Liquid Gold Olive Oil.
Great to enjoy with fresh pita or crudite. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days.
